Milton Ralston – Director/ Construction Manager

Milton jumped in his first Scraper at 15 and never looked back …. Milton has over 30 years of experience in the Construction industry in rural and remote areas of NSW and Victoria, with the past 17 years as Managing Director of Batterline Earthmoving.

Milton has vast experience on small and large scale construction projects across the private, commercial and government sectors.

With a background in roadworks, site preparation, excavation and bulk earthworks Milton has practical skills and industry knowledge which he brings to each of his projects.

Milton has strong relationships with his clients and contractors; he offers hands on management ensuring the quality of Batterline’s services is personally assured.

Sandra established Batterline Earthmoving alongside Milton Ralston and is integral to the day to day running and long-term management of the company.

Sandra’s administration, accountancy and personnel management background ensures industrial relations, contract administration and company finances are managed to guarantee the efficiency of the company’s operation.

Kirsty has worked for Batterline Earthmoving for the previous 5 years, using her project management skills to deliver our projects on time and on budget. Kirsty has developed and implemented our integrated WHS, Environmental and Quality Management System in line with legislation and industry best practice, and ensures that safety compliance and quality assurance are integral to all of our operations.

Plant Operator Team

Batterline Earthmoving has a core team of highly skilled plant operators, ensuring our machines are operated by competent and experienced personnel. In addition to these key staff Batterline Earthmoving employs qualified and experienced Watercart operators, Roller drivers, Traffic Controllers. On each construction project Batterline Earthmoving aims to source local people for labouring roles to support local communities

Batterline Earthmoving has an in-house service and maintenance team including diesel mechanics and boiler makers to ensure plant is regularly serviced maintained to prevent on-site delays.
